Thank you for taking the time to read my little bio. I have been a Personal Fitness Trainer for over 20 years. I work with all types of  clients, some want to tone up, lose weight or add muscle. Many of them experience muscle tension from weight lifting, their job or from daily stress. I started introducing them to Body Relaxation, massage therapy allows the individual to relax their mind as well as their body. Being a fitness trainer I know how the muscles work which gives me the ability to understand what my clients need as they explain where they are experiencing muscle tension or pain. When you come to me you are in charge of the degree of pressure you desire. So, whether you want to enjoy the light sensation of a Swedish Massage or the more intense muscle penetrating pressure of Deep Tissue- it's all up to you.
